Hi! I’m Marcela Hippe, a communications professional with a postgraduate degree in User-Centered Design, working with product design since 2011.

In 2018, I shifted my career focus to people management, taking on leadership roles in Product Design and Service Design teams, and also having the opportunity to build and lead Research and Content teams from the ground up.

I’m genuinely committed to creating healthy, organized, and welcoming work environments for everyone. I strive to foster a culture of transparency and constructive feedback to support the professional growth of those under my leadership.

I’m an organized person, and this extends to my work routines, team processes, communications, documentation, and deliverables — combining a systemic vision, process mastery, and execution excellence.

I have led complex initiatives for both customer-facing products and internal tools. I also have strong UI skills, both for hands-on work and for guiding specialists.

I’ve worked as an educator on several occasions, such as in the UX Na Prática course at Centro Universitário Belas Artes, and as a mentor through Awari and ADPList.

What I’m most proud of in my career is hearing from amazing people that I was a meaningful leader in their journeys. I carry that as my greatest legacy.
